At Linbuilt Constructions, our mission is to provide a highly reliable, streamlined and superior quality building reinstatement, restoration and cleaning solution for insurance company customers whose properties have been damaged by fire, storm or water. By offering a full suite of services, we are able to co-ordinate and manage the entire process. We’re on site fast and can mobilise all that’s required to begin getting the property back to its normal state – all of which helps to minimise the inconvenience to property owners, and the long term cost of the project. From the first phone call to the final handover inspection, each and every Linbuilt Constructions team member is committed to delivering an outstanding experience to each and every customer including clear and direct channels of regular communications.

Because we respond rapidly and have at our disposal all equipment needed to deal with the event, further harm to the building or its contents can be minimised, increasing the likelihood that they can be successfully salvaged. Linbuilt Constructions provides building make safes, reinstatement, restoration and cleaning services in South East Queensland and the Greater Queensland region, including Northern NSW and North Queensland during times of major disaster.
